At 12:54 hours Co.24 and Co.11 were dispatched to Devilbliss Bridge Rd and Dublin Rd. for a tractor trailer rollover with entrapment. A247 arrived on scene in the area of the intersection to find a tractor trailer on it's side. C24-2 arrived on scene and established command. A247 advised command that the patient had self extricated and no entrapment. RS2 arrived on scene, as RS24 is out of service. RS2 assisted with clean-up. E111 arrived on scene and provided traffic control and clean-up. Patient refused care and command was terminated and units went in service at 13:57 hours.
