In town on business and drove by your station. Impressive. Not many paid departments in my state are lucky enough to have the set up you have. Thank you for your service and stay safe.

Location: Worman's Mill
Comments:

I am the woman who called 9-1-1 yesterday afternoon, Sun., 6/28/15 about 3 p.m. to dispatch emergency help for a male canoer/kayaker who overturned in the Monocacy River. I called from the Walkersville Railroad bridge in the Worman's Mill development. I read the Frederick News-Post this morning, Mon., 6/29, p. 8, and I pray that the reference made to two people who capsized into the river was indeed them. Please let me know if this was them. I couldn't sleep last night knowing there was NOTHING I could do as I watched him fly by on the overturned canoe in the Monocacy waters that was moving incredibly fast and filled with serious debris. Thank you.
Respectfully,
Heidi Sproat
